2. I exercised LESS!
That’s right, instead of spending hours each day exercising, I began to exercise less and received much better results! The reason why this works so well is because they will increase your metabolism and resting metabolic rate.
I was doing high intensity cardiovascular workouts and building lean muscle at the same time. The types of workouts that can do something like this would be interval body-weight exercises. These types of workouts can be done within 15 to 20 minutes, but yet and still they will burn off more calories than anything else!
3. I stopped spending a FORTUNE on diet products!
This was a major adjustment! Instead of me spending a fortune on ineffective fad diet programs, diet pills, and all other kinds of foolishness, I went and found an all natural diet and spent less than anything else! Go figure!
The startling revelation I had was that you don’t need to spend a lot to lose a lot. Most of those fad diets are all about taking your hard-earned money as much as they can. Natural diets typically cost just a onetime low-cost price, and not some ridiculous monthly fees.
Bottom line, if you want to make your belly flat and sexy, then I strongly recommend that you start eating healthy fats and healthy carbs, start doing exercises that are quicker and are based around skyrocketing your metabolism, and I recommended you find a diet that is affordable BUT also extremely easy to do and highly effective. All of this has helped me drop 52 pounds and get a flatter midsection in just under two months time!
